Public Prosecutor for the State.

There is allegation of firing against the petitioner which is supported by the injury report of the injured of this case. No doubt, there is case and counter case between the parties but taking note of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release him on bail, at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case no. 99/2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif stands rejected.
