1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that the petitioner, Sumitra Devi, passed away and he filed a substitution petition through Interlocutory Application.

However, the said I.A. do not disclose whether the person named therein is the legal heirs of Sumitra Devi or not ?

2. On 18.07.2025, the Learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to file the family member certificate. Today, he submits that he is unable to obtain the family member certificate as the Revenue Officers are not cooperating with him.

3. At this juncture, the Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the family member certificate is obtained.

4. Liberty is granted.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
