In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014 registered for offence under section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation made in the first information report is that eight accused persons including the petitioner picked up the victim-girl for the purposes of getting her marriage with Gautum Kumar. As per the statement made at the Bar that both are still traceless though it is a fact that Gautum Kumar was an employee of the petitioner and relationship with him is distantly related brother-in-law was working in his shop and has wrongly been implicated in this case.
