JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2018 The petitioner claims herself to be duly appointed Secretary of Arun Madhya Vidayalay, Chakmohabbat, Mushari, Muzzaffarpur. A direction is being sought in the present application to the respondents to grant permanent/regular approval to this minority school (primary) as described in paragraph 4 of the writ application.

From the pleadings on record, it appears that neither the petitioner nor any person, concerned with the school, has approached the State respondents for grant of approval/recognition. In such circumstances, no relief as

The petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for grant of recognition/approval, which, according to her, the school is entitled to. If any application in this regard is made by the petitioner before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and disposed of accordingly.
