JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 293 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of 70 litres of liquor from the tempo of the petitioner and he was arrested on spot. Apart from that he is accused in two more cases of similar nature. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has been in judicial custody since 01.12.2019 and chargesheet has been submitted, therefore, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Case No. 293 of 2019.
