Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. It appears that in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner using the stolen motorcycle and except the aforesaid material as well as confessional statement of coaccused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Basnahi P.S.
