Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter, failing which, the concerned authority shall be

The concerned authority shall consider the resolution of the Education Department dated 15.07.2013, whereby and whereunder it has been postulated that an employee who has been terminated and thereafter reinstated by virtue of the orders of the Court, shall be granted the benefit of the entire length of service during which he remained under termination.
The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
