Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273 and 290 of IPC and Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of liquor. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

No.19362 of 2021(2) dt.17-08-2021 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Special Excise Case No.580 of 2020 arising out of Purnea Sadar (Mufassil)Police Station Case No.478 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
