Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Pandav Yadav @ Pandey Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 4.8.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no.13141/2014, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur in Nath Nagar (Masudhanpur) P.S. Case no. 146/2013.
