The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 612 of 2013 arising out of Khudaganj (Nalanda) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2013 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 IPC and subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.01.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28014 of 2013.
It is contended that till date only four witnesses
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54853 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2 / 2 have been examined during trial and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future.
Be that as it may, regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 13.01.2014, I am not persuaded to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
The trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
