Keeping in view the consistent orders passed directing for release of the vehicle on furnishing of Bank Guarantee when

Patna High Court MJC No.2046 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2018 2/2 the quantity of liquor seized is more than 25 litres, we see no reason to modify the order passed on the basis of hardship expressed by the petitioner as the quantity of the liquor seized is about 50 litres in the present case.

Accordingly, finding no case for modification, the application is dismissed.
