2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 176 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 118 bottles of Codeine Phosphate and Triplodine cough syrup from the house of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 3.12.2024 and has 15 more criminal cases registered against him.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and also considering the criminal history of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
