JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders or directions in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to restrain from demolishing the boundary wall and construction over Khata No. 137, Khesra No. 961 under Jakarpura Mauza, by creating unnecessary dispute of encroachment over Khata no. 389, Khesra No. 1518 adjacent to the land of petitioner, through Memo no. 1633 dated 06.11.2017 issued by the Circle Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16996 of 2017(2) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 Surajgarha to remove encroachment within one week failing which administration will remove it and recover amount from the petitioner (Annexure-6)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
