JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 Apart from the general allegation of irregularities being committed by the office bearers of Government Middle School, Bhor in the district of Madhubani, the petitioner has also a grievance that he is not being allowed to perform the work of Chairman of the School Committee despite his
Patna High Court CWJC No.13118 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 satisfactory right. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he is the Ward member of Ward No.7 of Bhor Gram Panchayat and in that capacity, he is entitled to become Chairman of the said School.
On perusal of the pleadings in the writ application, I do not find any specific case made out to substantiate the petitioner's claim to hold the position of the Chairman of the School.
No positive order, therefore, can be passed even if the pleadings in the writ petition are accepted.
The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to approach the competent authority raising his claim of his appointment as Chairman of the School Committee. With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
