Patna High Court MJC No.462 of 2024(3) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 ORAL ORDER 25-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 11.04.2018, passed in CWJC No.8266 of 2017, the District Magistrate, Darbhanga has already passed an order dated 21.02.2024.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 21.02.2024, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
