The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

891.36 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from Basa of co-accused Chandan Kumar @ Samkash. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation, whereas, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
