The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 and Section 26 (1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 3.300 liters of Nepali Saufi wine as well as one country made pistol was recovered. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018.
