Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a demand of Rs. 19 lakhs has been raised from the petitioner under the head of transfer fee. He submits that the same has not been rightly calculated. He shall be satisfied if he is given a

Patna High Court CWJC No.5992 of 2021(6) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 proper hearing by the Managing Director of BIADA. Learned counsel for the BIADA is not averse to this proposition.

We, thus, dispose off this writ petition with the observation that in case the petitioner appears before the Managing Director, BIADA on 26th May, 2022 at 11:00 AM, he shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing and decision taken accordingly.

The petition stands disposed off.
