2. The petitioner seeks direction to the authorities to pay the arrears of his salary as well as the current salary which has not been paid to him without any reason.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if a direction be given to petitioner to represent his case before the Circle Officer, Kateya, Gopalganj for redressal of his grievances.

4. Let the petitioner file a detailed representation before the Circle Officer, Kateya, Gopalganj within a period of four weeks from today, on receipt of which, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned order by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3368 of 2019 dt.22-02-2019 2/2 concerned respondent within a further period of six weeks thereafter.
