Petitioners seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302,201,120(B),427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 16,17,18,19,20,21,22 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act.

After recovery of dead body, the FIR was lodged on suspicion against the named person. Petitioners are female. They have got no criminal antecedent. There is no material to substantiate that the petitioners are going to tamper with the evidence or hamper the trial.

Considering no direct material against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12070 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandramandi Police Station Case No.59 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
