The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case no. 188 of 2014 registered under sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Jamui.

It is contended that the petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor any incriminating article has been recovered against him. During investigation though he has been arrested on 08.07.2015, he has not been put on T.I. parade till date.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the fact that the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52568 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 disclosure made by the co-accused and the petitioner is a habitual offender, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
