Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Town P. S. Case No. 299 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has clean antecedent and there is no legal evidence to connect him with the crime. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.9312 of 2022(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise, Ara at Bhojpur. in connection with Ara Town P. S. Case No. 299 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
