2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated 02.01.2025 passed by learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, S.C./S.T. in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 162 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 303(2), 352 and 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 3(i)(r)(s) and 3(2)(va) of S.C/S.T. (POA) Act by which anticipatory bail filed by the appellant has been rejected.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant submitted that the appellant has suppressed his criminal antecedents before this Court as well as before the Court below.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this appeal stands dismissed with liberty to the appellant to pray for regular bail, as he has suppressed his criminal antecedents.
