The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No.114 of 2015 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of truck of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
