The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No.113 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148,149, 323, 307, 379, 447, 387, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of dispute and in view of the fact that there is no injury sustained by the informant, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,
