JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, no one appears on behalf of the State to oppose this application. Petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with I.F Case No. 137 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 27, 29 and 31 of W.L.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the allegations, the house of Ravindra Pandey was raided and four logs of 'Shesham' wood were recovered from there. It is alleged that the brother of Ravindra Pandey disclosed that Ravindra Pandey used to reside in Delhi and his house is open from one side and the logs were concealed by the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the place of occurrence does not belong to this petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in

In the given facts and circumstances, wherein, the recovery is not from the house of the petitioner and is said to have been recovered from the house of one Ravindra Pandey and that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, in case of arrest or surrender of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (rupees fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M 1st Bagha, West Champaran in connection with I.F Case No. 137 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioner shall join the investigation by reporting to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks from today and shall cooperate in course of investigation. This will be in addition to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
