The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, four accused persons on two motorcycles looted the informant of his belongings including laptop etc. on the point of pistol. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. Referring to the order of the learned court below rejecting the application for bail of the petitioner, it is submitted that the material being relied upon against the petitioner in the case diary is the

It is submitted that no incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession and he has not been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody since 27.2.2019. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including the petitioner being in custody for more than two years and not having been put on T.I. parade, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case no. 282 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Rosera, Samastipur.
