The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barhara P.S. Case No 05 of 2004 Registered for the offences under sections 364, 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that this petitioner was not named in the FIR nor in the protest. On thorough investigation the police submitted final form against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13063 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 05 of 2004 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
