The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No.04 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi and iron rod, along with other co-accused person.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been

It is submitted that the injury caused to the informant by hard and blunt substance and the nature of injury is simple in nature. It also submitted that only one injury found on the body of the injured/informant. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.01.2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No.04 of 2024 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda.
