Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:
"That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner above named for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to make payment arrears of salary as well as current salary to the petitioner, as in compliance to the order dated 19.09.2013 passed by learned Member, District
Patna High Court CWJC No.12687 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2018 2/3 Teachers Employment Appellate Tribunal, Darbhanga passed in Complain Case no. 02/2013 (Annexure-1) petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher vide letter no. 12 dated 16.09.2014 issued under the signature of Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat Raj, Tikapatti, Dekuli, Block- Bahadurpur, District- Darbhanga and accordingly petitioner submitted his joining before concerned Headmaster of the School, which was duly accepted by the concerned Headmaster and since then petitioner is performing his duties as Panchayat Teachers with full satisfaction of his controlling Headmaster, however till date salary has not been paid to the petitioner by the respondents, reason best known to them, though absentee reports have already been sent to the concerned officer by the Headmaster concerned.
Further prayer of the petitioner is that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant any other relief or reliefs to the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may thinks it proper in the present facts and circumstances of this case." It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 11.05.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 417 of 2015 and prays that the same be disposed of accordingly.
