JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody since 09/09/2014 for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is ready to lead conjugal life with the complainant with full dignity and honour.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Kumar Gunjan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria, in Complaint Case No. 132 of 2013
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51342 of 2014 (2) dt.14-01-2015 2/2 with the following conditions:
(1) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
(2) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
(3) The petitioner will be well represented in the court.
