The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 18.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.62200 of 2021, the petitioner was granted provisional bail, being the husband, but thereafter by order dated 08.09.2022, his provisional bail was recalled and the regular bail was rejected. It is next submitted that petitioner has remained in custody from 09.07.2021 to 18.04.2022 and thereafter 21.09.2022 till date.

The learned Additional P. P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner in the nature of allegation, the petitioner, above-named, is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10004 of 2023(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pasraha P. S. Case No.67 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
