ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in N.D.P.S. case No.5 of 2014 arising out of Nawanagar P.S. case No.82 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 22, 27(A), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of Special Judge, Buxar.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
