The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 364, 365, 368 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that incriminating articles were recovered on the communication of the Petitioner which is showing his complicity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 162 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea. The prayer for bail is rejected.
