03-12-2015 Since in both the bail petitions, petitioners are in custody in Jhajha P.S. Case no. 166 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 364-A of the Indian Penal Code and section 16 of U.A.P.Act, both the petitions were heard together and are being disposed of by this common order.

Heard Sri Prabhat Ranjan Singh and Mr. Md. Irshad,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52278 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner respectively and learned Addl. Public Prosecutors.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and antecedents of petitioners, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail.

Both the petitions stand dismissed.
