The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 430 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 401, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner along with co-accused Keshav Kumar were apprehended by the police and on search one Laptop of Lenevo company and mobile was recovered. He further submits that it is alleged that the recovered Lenevo laptop and mobile was stolen one. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 8.11.2018.

Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal
