Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged in his written complaint that on 17.11.2019 at about 10.30 AM while he was coming to his house, his elder brother Shaukat Ali, had pointed the pistol towards him with intention to kill him and he ran away for safety of his life, in the meantime, police party came and caught him but his son Md. Shabbir and his friends Md. Sattar and Bhondu (petitioner) got him released from the police custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7768 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. No specific allegation has been attributed against them. The case has been lodged due to family dispute going on between the parties for which a title suit is also pending in the court below. Police has not lodged any complaint. Petitioners have stated that they have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioners named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, Petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 597 of 2019 (G.R. No. 9514 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and after due verification that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
