Petitioners are renewed their prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant.

The prayer for bail has been renewed on the ground that victim girl has married with Chandan Kumar Sada @ Chandan Sada. In view of this Court that above fact may be a ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3345 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sri R.K. Tripathi, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Rosera, Samastipur. With the above observation this application is disposed of.
