JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.09.2014 in a cased registered for the offences punishable under sections 392,411 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner along with the other miscreants looted cash of Rs. 2000/- and Nokia mobile from the possession of the informant and caught at the spot when recovery was made.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in fact it was a case of overtaking of the vehicle from the informant for which malicious case has been lodged. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named
