The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2706-2015 on the accusation that one automatic loaded countrymade pistol and 7 live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 06-07-2015. No doubt, petitioner was earlier convicted in a case of 302 but admittedly, petitioner was granted bail in respect of that case of conviction.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties as also period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54319 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Zamo Bazar P.S.
