This writ application has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a mandamus to the respondent-authorities to appoint the petitioners in any government post as per the resolution of the State Government whereby the State Government has taken policy decision to give appointment to a family member who has become landless due to construction of Durgawati Jalashya Pariyojna.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1250 of 2018 dt.11-09-2018 2/2 The writ petition does not disclose identity of the land of the petitioners which was acquired for the aforesaid Pariyojna nor the representation of the petitioners filed before the Commissioner, Patna Division at Annexure-2 discloses the identity of the land. This writ Court cannot enter into appreciation of vague facts. Accordingly, it stands dismissed as devoid of any merit with liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the competent authority disclosing the identity of the land acquired. The authority shall pass appropriate order according to law.
