JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2024 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26614 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was outside State to earn his livelihood and in the meantime, he had been falsely implicated and put behind bar on 7.12.2022 in other case. Hence, he could not furnish the bail bonds on time. Considering the fact that anticipatory bail of the petitioner was allowed on 22.11.2022 whereas the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24004 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 present modification petition has been filed 01.02.2024, this Court is not inclined to modify the order 22.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26614 of 2022.

It is gross negligence of the petitioner in respect of filing the bail bond. Petitioner is not entitled to get any sympathy.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
