This Civil Miscellaneous application has been filed against the order dated 01.05.2017 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-IX, Gaya in Misc. Appeal No. 01 of 2015 (20/2012 (D.J.).

During argument both the parties submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of Title Suit No. 72 of 2010/245 of 2010,

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.14 of 2018(13) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 which is presently pending before Sub-Judge- XIV, Gaya. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that both the parties shall co-operate with the trial Court in early disposal of the said suit.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this Civil Miscellaneous application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to take steps for early disposal of Title Suit No. 72 of 2010/245 of 2010 in accordance with law without giving unnecessary adjournment.
