2. Both the parties reached on settlement amount fixed by the trial court itself in which the appellant has to pay 10,50,000/- to the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that 1,00,000/- (one lakh only) has already been paid by him vide Cheque No. 087353 to the respondent in the Miscellaneous Case No. 01 of 2020 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Biharshariff, Nalanda on 02.07.2024. He further submits that vide order dated 22.07.2025 the appellant deposited Rs. 5,00,000/- through DD No. 586764 dated 11.09.2025 before the
Patna High Court MA No.103 of 2020(8) dt.19-11-2025 2/3 Learned Registrar of this Court and today in the Court, he is paying Rs. 4,50,000/- bearing DD No. 586821 dated 18.11.2025 to the respondent.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent accepts his receiving on the record with regard to the said DD. Learned counsel for the respondent has liberty to receive the said DD which has been deposited before the learned Registrar of Patna Court amounting to Rs. 5,00,000/-, bearing DD No. 5867 dated 11.09.2025.
5. The learned Registrar is directed to hand over the said DD to the learned counsel for the respondent, namely, Anil Kumar Singh, upon production of this order.
6. In view of the above, the entire debitable amount has been received by the counsel for the respondent, and no grievance remains between the parties.
7. It is further made clear that the respondent shall withdraw all cases filed by him against the appellant, and the appellant shall also withdraw all cases filed by him against the respondent, within four weeks from today.
8. Accordingly, the respective courts are directed not to pursue any of the cases between the parties further, and the matter is deemed settled from today onwards. The instant
Patna High Court MA No.103 of 2020(8) dt.19-11-2025 3/3 appeal, along with I.A. No. 01 of 2025, is hereby disposed of.
9. The learned counsels are directed to obtain the certified copy of this order and file the same before the respective courts to bring an end to further litigation between the parties.
10. Further, if any discrepancy occurs in the DD with regard to the name or date, the appellant is hereby directed to rectify the same.
