2. At this stage, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submitted that this is the second round of MJC. Therefore, it is made clear that no further adjournment would be granted in Company Appeal (DB) No. 1 of 2014.

Registry is hereby directed to list Company Appeal (DB) No. 1 of 2014 before the concerned Roster Bench within a period of three weeks, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of three weeks.
