JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and it appears from perusal of the case diary that in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased had illicit relation with her co-villager, which was caused annoyance to her husband and petitioner resulting her killing but husband of the deceased has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35732 of 2014.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.236 of 2015 (3) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj P.S.Case No. 21 of 2013.
