The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.O. Case No. 26 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 15.11.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5753 of 2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5753 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in

Case No. 26/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
