2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of 413 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused. One Raj Kumar @ Raja from whom there was recovery of stolen motorcycle has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68530 of 2023. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 205 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Dumra Police Station, Sitamarhi on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
