JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 436, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that admittedly, he is aged about 70 years which would appear from the First Information Report itself and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault upon all the accused persons except two, namely, Narendra Singh and Bijendra Singh upon whom there is specific allegation of assault. It is further contended that there is a counter case also and it is urged on the strength of Annexure 4 series that several persons of his side were also injured in the occurrence.

No.52382 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Shivnath Singh @ Sheonath Singh, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in Mohammadpur P.S.
