This petition has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of contempt against the respondents-opposite parties for violation of order dated 10.2.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13723 of 2008.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 10.2.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13723 of 2008, joining of the petitioner has already been accepted but no payment is made. There is no violation of the order.
Accordingly, this M.J.C. is dismissed. If the
Patna High Court MJC No.3744 of 2017 (3) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 petitioner files any representation before the authority concerned for payment of salary, the authority shall consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within six months.
